High-Pressure Processing (HPP) technology maintains the flavour and colour of fresh juice without altering its nutritional and functional properties, due to the absence of thermal treatment. Very high pressures (above 58,000 psi) inactivate vegetable flora (bacteria, viruses, mould, yeasts and parasites), thereby guaranteeing safety and increasing useful life.
Use of this innovative technology allows us to offer a range of top-quality fruit juices.
No water, artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
Products packed in individual 250cc containers.
